Plitvice

It’s no secret I love all things Itch to Stitch. Any excuse to sew up one of Kennis’ designs is fine by me. The Plitvice Top is one of my newest sewing adventures and it was a blast to make.

I feel so elegant and comfortable in the Plitvice. Kennis has really made a versatile top you can wear anywhere and still feel like a lady.

Plitvice Top Features:

• Elegant cowl front with gathered bust shaping
• Integrated cap sleeves finished with arm bands
• Hip length hem finished with bottom band
• Slight waist shaping

Skill Level: Beginner+

I think one of the best features of this top is the elegant front cowl. Something about the simple gathering and drape of the neckline draws your eyes.

The bust shaping and slight waist shaping of the front really gives me a slimmer appearance. I just love that!

I made my Plitvice with a gorgeous double brushed poly. This knit is excellent for the top and so soft. You can purchase the Rox Floral Geometric Print On Coral I used here.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how easy the top came together. The design is genius and even an adventurous beginner can whip up this top in less than 20 steps.
