Summer is in full swing here and I only just realized I am seriously lacking in the summer wardrobe department. If only I had time to sew all day.
I have loved the Pier 7 Top and Add-on Bundle by New Horizons Designs from the moment it was released but have yet to make it until now. I can’t believe I waited this long! I love everything about this dress!
This pattern is amazing from the options to the tutorial – all of it! I especially love how Terra writes the instructions for the pin tucks. The end result is beautiful and professional looking.
I used a cotton woven fabric in a red and white gingham from Vogue Fabrics. This fabric is crisp but lightweight. I love the vibrant red is the fabric.
The Pier 7 looks fabulous in lightweight woven fabrics and this was the perfect choice.
